The tool is designed to throw a net over biological objects, restricting their movements. The throwing device consists of a bell-shaped barrel, a reusable nylon net (up to 30 times) and a firing mechanism.

MOVEMENT RESTRAINT DEVICE
- A loaded standard 20-gauge cartridge case with a primer and a body trimmed to 27 mm in height is used as an energy source. The cartridge case is loaded with both smokeless (0.3 g) and smoky (3 g) gunpowder. Resource of at least 200 shots.
- It is planned to lay the net with a loop, that is, after “shooting” and casting the net, using a connecting cable and a cable stretched through weights, you can tighten the net, as a result of which the object ends up in a net bag with the neck tightened.
